Wer drückt den Knopf zuerst? – Sorge um Kernwaffen-Einsatz wächst

Die Sorge, dass es zu einer nuklearen Eskalation kommt, ist derzeit größer denn je. Auch Politologen und Sicherheitsexperten warnen vor einem derartigen Ereignis. Der Grund: Der technische Fortschritt in der Entwicklung von Kernwaffen hat sich in eine Richtung verändert, möglichst wenig Schaden an der eigenen Bevölkerung anzurichten.
