#aznamnews: Zinserhöhung droht

Die südafrikanische Zentralbank (SARB) hat soeben eine Erhöhung des Reposatzes um 25 Basispunkte von 7 % auf 7,25 % angekündigt. Im Jahr 2022 erhöhte die SARB den Reposatz um 325 Basispunkte, während die Bank of Namibia ihn um 300 Basispunkte anhob. Der namibische Dollar ist an den südafrikanischen Rand gekoppelt. Die erste geldpolitische Sitzung der Bank of Namibia in diesem Jahr wird voraussichtlich am 15. Februar stattfinden. Der Reposatz in Namibia liegt derzeit bei 6,75 %.
