Frühstück in Frankfurt – Auf nach Celle

Die Auswahl des namibischen Faustball Verbands (FAN) ist nach einem Zwischenstopp in Addis Abeba, Äthiopien, heute Morgen in Frankfurt gelandet. Im Gepäck Hunger – vor der Weiterfahrt ins rund 380 Kilometer entfernte Celle in Niedersachsen, hatte sich das Team von Trainer Andreas Minz noch ein schnelles Frühstück in der Mainmetropole gegönnt. In der von Fachwerkhäusern geprägten Stadt, die das sogenannte südliches Tor zur Lüneburger Heide gilt, wird das Team auf Mannschaftskollegen Gian Rudolph treffen, der in der zweiten Faustball-Bundesliga für den MTV Vorsfelde spielt. Dort wird sich die FAN-Auswahl auf das erste Spiel gegen Deutschland vorbereiten. Nebenbei sind auch Aktivitäten abseits des Spielfelds geplant. Foto: Sylvia Minz
