Die namibische Krebsvereinigung (CAN) und Projektpartner haben am Mittwoch den Startschuss für das „Sanlam Masks and Roses Ladies Event 2021“ gegeben, das dem Kampf gegen Brust- und Gebärmutterhalskrebs in Namibia zugutekommt. Sanlam spendete bei der Gelegenheit 50000 N$ zur Unterstützung der Krebsvereinigung. Die Veranstaltung findet am Samstag, 2. Oktober in Windhoek statt. Diese steht unter dem Motto „Das Leben als Frau feiern“ und bietet Unterhaltung durch die lokalen Talente Anchen Wille Dance Academy und Priscilla Desert Queen. Der Erlös der Veranstaltung ist für die Unterstützung der Frauengesundheitskliniken der CAN-Zentren in Windhoek und Swakopmund bestimmt.
