Kein Zusatzetat, sagt Schlettwein

Windhoek - Die Nationalversammlung muss bei ihrer letzten Sitzung in diesem Jahr keinen Nachtragshaushalt verabschieden. Dafür wird die Finanzministerin Saara Kuugongelwa-Amathila heute laut ihrem Staatssekretär Calle Schlettwein vor den Gesetzgebern eine Erklärung verlesen, über dessen Inhalt noch nichts bekannt ist.

Die Nationalversammlung hat in der Vergangenheit trotz gegenteiligem Vorsatz Jahr für Jahr einen Nachtragshaushalt verabschiedet, der zusätzliche Ausgaben bewilligte.

Nach den jüngeren Richtlinien zur guten Staatsführung sollte die Finanzdisziplin aller Ministerien dazu ausreichen, dass jedes Ressort zwölf Monate ohne finanzielle Nachbesserung haushalten könnte.
