Windhoek (cev) • Ein 21-Jähriger ist auf der Straße verstorben, nachdem er Samstagmorgen vor einer Bar in Otjiwarongo niedergestochen wurde. Das berichtete am gleichen Tag die Polizeisprecherin der Otjozondjupa-Region, Maureen Mbeha.

Angeblich soll sich das Opfer gegen zwei Uhr morgens mit einem 32-Jährigen gestritten haben, der ihm daraufhin ein Messer in die Brust gerammt habe. „Das als Immanuel Petrus identifizierte Opfer war sofort tot und der mutmaßliche Täter wurde verhaftet“, erklärte Mbeha. „Die Familie des Toten wurde informiert.“ Der Beschuldigte muss sich nun wegen Mordes verantworten.
