Kuriose Ansicht am frühen Morgen in Swakopmund: Ein Heißluftballon ist am vergangenen Donnerstagmorgen in dem Swakopmunder Stadtteil Mondesa gelandet. „Es war eine normale Landung. Alles ist gut gegangen“, teilte Martin Lofty-Eaton von Hot Air Ballooning der AZ mit. Der Heißluftballon sei etwa 20 Kilometer außerhalb der Küstenstadt aufgestiegen, sei dann aber wegen des Südost-Windes in die Stadt gedriftet. Eigentlich habe der Pilot die Stadt überfliegen und nördlich von Swakopmund landen wollen. „Er hat dann den offenen Platz gesehen und ist dort sicher gelandet“, so Lofty-Eaton. Foto: Privat
