Die Delta-Grundschule Windhoek (DSW) wurde vergangene Woche vom Bildungsministerium als beste staatliche Grundschule der Khomas-Region in den Fächern Englisch als Muttersprache und Mathematik für das Jahr 2014 ausgezeichnet. Dies gab die DSW jetzt in einer Pressemeldung bekannt. Sowohl die Schüler aus den 5., als auch aus den 7. Klassen hätten mit einem Durchschnitt von mindestens 75% der möglichen Gesamtpunkte im nationalen Leistungstests (NSAT) die besten Ergebnisse in der Region erzielt. Schulleiterin Carol-Anne Schombee (2.v.l.) bedankte sich in diesem Zusammenhang für den großen Einsatz der Englischlehrer Dominga Brinkmann (5. Klasse) und Veronica Lange (7.
