In business since February 1997, Central Welding Works has been providing excellent wielding services in the steel manufacturing industry.

Taken over by Mr and Mrs Dedig in 2008, the owners were able to keep 90% of the staff members, many of whom are still in the employ of Central Welding Works.

The company provides services to Namibia’s foremost construction companies such as Stefanutti Stocks, Namibia Construction, Decora Construction and OJ Construction, to mention but a few.

Central Welding Works also provides services to numerous smaller companies in the private sector, as well as parastatals, with NamWater, NamPower and Namibia Wildlife Resorts among its clients. In addition, Central Welding Works counts government as one of its customers.

Central Welding Works offers a wide variety of welding services, such as sheet metal cutting and bending. The company is able to cut to precision using CNC plasma cutting services. Customers can also count on Central Welding Works to attend to their metalwork needs by manufacturing sliding gates, burglar bars, security and safety doors, bulk diesel or water tanks and general and custom-made ironmongery, tailored to individual and specific requirements.

Central Welding Works is also engaged in structural steelwork and manufactures roof trusses, shed structures, carports, staircases, balustrades, palisade fences and water tower structures in rural areas, to mention but a few.

Central Welding Works is situated at 13 Diesel Street in Windhoek’s Southern Industrial Area.
