Windhoek (ml) – Der Boxstall des Promoters Nestor „Sunshine“ Tobias und das Mobilfunkunternehmen MTC haben den Boxer Paulus „Hitman“ Moses (Bild Mitte) für seine herausragenden sportlichen Leistungen am Mittwochmittag einen Ring aus 24-karätigem Gold geschenkt. Bei der Ehrung im MTC-Hauptquartier im Windhoeker Stadtteil Olympia lobten Nestor Tobias und MTC-Kommunikationschef Tim Ekandjo den 39-Jährigen, der am 16. Februar seinen zweiten Weltmeistertitel im Leichtgewicht gewinnen möchte, in höchsten Tönen. Auch der „Hitman“ selbst meldete sich dabei zu Wort, bedankte sich unter anderem bei seinen Fans und erteilte jungen Boxern Ratschläge. Mehr dazu morgen in der AZ. Foto: Martin Leckelt
