Cost-efficient delivery

Two Point Delivery provides efficient delivery services across Windhoek and Swakopmund. On 20 September the company will celebrate its second year in business.

They specialise in providing customised, efficient and cost-considerate deliveries of small to medium-sized parcels, door to door in Windhoek and Swakopmund, with plans to expand to a northern central town by the end of the year.

Two Point Delivery serves mostly global and inter-town courier services, corporates, parastatals, pharmacies, micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) as well as individuals.

The company is currently in the process of launching their digital client portal to further optimise their operations and improve customer service. They also plan on creating mobile applications to provide further convenience to their clients when they intend to use their services.

"Our goal is to assist our clients in getting their goods and products to their customers and stakeholders. By doing this, we broaden our client’s clientele base, we help them get ahead of their competitors, and we improve their profit margins," said Robinson Hangula, founder of Two Point Delivery.

He added that the company's main goal is to emerge as Namibia's most affordable small-to-medium-sized door-to-door delivery service provider, providing a wide range of time-saving services through professionalism and excellence.

Business members

The business has a team of 10 full-time riders, an administrator, and a company intern, as well as their operations manager.

They aim to always go the extra mile for their clients, and it is this company culture that has taken them through their first two years of business. Two Point began started off with just one bike, one very dedicated driver and an administrator.

"Today we have 10 bikes in total and our team is consistently growing. We have also forged new relationships, such as with Buddy Eats, TI Nutrition as well as Yoni," said Hangula.

Before they opened their branch in Swakopmund, Two Door had become the leading door-to-door delivery service in Windhoek for small-to-medium package services.

Hangula said their top-notch services are what differentiates them from the rest, because they have something to suit everyone’s needs.

1. Two Point Delivery: the normal day-to-day delivery service.

2. Two Point Express: deliveries that happen within 45 minutes or less.

3. Two Point with Goods in-transit insurance: your valuables and gadgets in-transit are insured.

4. Two Point purchase: goods are bought and then delivered on behalf of the customer.

The company operates two main divisions that are essential to the longevity of their business and the quality of their services.

Operations - Mostly responsible for safety, new business and customer service, as well as maintenance.
