His quest for knowledge led him to Tsumeb, where he completed primary school at Francis Galton and high school at Etosha, culminating in the successful attainment of his grade 12 certificate. Fuelled by a passion for media and technology, Uulumbu furthered his studies at the College of the Arts, earning a diploma in media and technology with a specialisation in television production - a pivotal milestone in his journey towards professional excellence.The dawn of Uulumbu's career illuminated the Namibian media landscape in 2019 when he joined One Africa Television as a sports journalist, igniting a spark that would fuel his trajectory in the industry. Over three years and 10 months, he carved a niche for himself, captivating audiences with his insightful coverage and unparalleled dedication to the craft. However, his quest for growth and diversification saw him embarking on a new chapter, transitioning to the realm of social media management and marketing at PstBet, a prominent brand in the country, from November 2022 to March 2024.Last month marked the inception of a new chapter in Uulumbu's career as he assumed the role of sports producer at the Namibian Broadcasting Corporation (NBC), a testament to his unwavering commitment to excellence and innovation. The same year and the following year, I was nominated in the Sports Broadcast Journalism Award category at NASA.
