Schulmädchen werden unterstützt

Das Projekt ‚1 000 Damenbinden‘ machte seinem Namen alle Ehre und spendete am 9. und 10. Mai insgesamt 1 000 Binden an die ‚Havana Project School‘ und die ‚Immanuel Shifidi Secondary School‘ in Katutura. Das Projekt ist eine Initiative, die von Johanna Mushelenga im Jahr 2020 in Windhoek ins Leben gerufen wurde. Die Initiative sammelt Hygieneartikel von verschiedenen Sponsoren wie Einzelpersonen, privaten Organisationen, Unternehmen, Nichtregierungsorganisationen und verschiedenen Stiftungen ein. Das Projekt erhielt unter anderem Unterstützung von der ‚Watyako Foundation‘, ‚Shoprite Namibia‘ und ‚Stay Free South Africa‘. Foto: 1 000 Damenbinden
