Malcolm Sylvester Tsuseb, an economist, said his interest in economics emerged during high school, where learners participated in debating sessions with their economics teacher. The challenging aspect of his career lies in connecting all economic events or activities with the available data.

"It requires a lot of research and desktop work to link key economic activity with data," he explained.

"This is a field I would recommend to all qualifying individuals. It’s definitely an ongoing learning profession and will keep you active and open-minded," he concluded.
