Cecile Renard is a well-known podiatrist in Windhoek. Renard’s work includes the treatment and/or removal of corns, calluses, ingrowing nails and abnormal walking patterns.



“Abnormal walking patterns can be treated by orthotics made by the podiatrist,” she adds. Her average day starts with the sterilization of instruments, reception of patients for treatment or clinical examination, and design and conception of orthotics. Renard became a qualified podiatrist after four years of studies.
