Windhoek (yn/sno) - Von der Verwendung von Lebensmittelabfällen zur Herstellung von Kompost über die Verwendung von Meeresfrüchteabfällen zur Herstellung einer Lebensmittelalternative bis hin zur Verwendung einer Handy-App zum Sammeln besagter Lebensmittelabfälle - die Teilnehmer des diesjährigen Wettbewerbs der Capricorn Foundation für Lebensmittelabfälle (Food waste challenge) trugen ihre Leidenschaft während des Eagle's Den Pitch-Events der Jury vor. Der Gewinner wird am 13. Juli bekanntgegeben. Die Teamleiterin der Impact Tank Analysis Foundation Johanna Shihepo ist auf dem Bild 5. von links zu sehen.
