Windhoek (ste) – Die Gouverneurin der Khomas-Region, Laura McLeod-Katjirua, präsentierte heute Morgen zum zweiten Mal den gesetzlich vorgeschriebenen Bericht zur Lage der Region. Neben ihren Kollegen aus dem Khomas-Regionalrat hatte sie dazu weitere Würdenträger eingeladen, worunter Windhoeks Bürgermeister, Muesee Kazapua, und die UNDP-Vertreterin, Anita Kiki Gbeho, sowie einige Vertreter der Swapo-Partei und diverser Sponsoren. McLeod-Katjirua betonte dass sich die wesentlichen Themen in dem Bericht dieses Jahres kaum im Vergleich zum Vorjahr ändern könnten, weswegen sich der Bericht im Wesentlichen auf die Themen beschränkte, die Präsident Hage Geingob früher im Jahr in seinem Bericht zur Lage der Nation abgegeben hatte.
