Starke weibliche Führung bei Broll Namibia

Die Führungsebene von Broll Namibia, der Immobilientochter der Firmengruppe Ohlthaver & List (O&L), wird jetzt von Frauen dominiert. Wie der Leitende Geschäftsführer des Unternehmens, Marco Wenk, vor kurzem in Windhoek erklärte, seien fünf der sieben leitenden Positionen bei Broll Namibia von Frauen besetzt (v.l.n.r.): Liezel Andrews, Karen Keys, Pascale Poultney, Adri Genis und Helen Bosshart. Andrews ist die Personalchefin, Keys leitet die Finanzabteilung, Poultney ist Abteilungsleiterin für die Vermietung von Immobilien, derweil Adri Genis die Verwaltungschefin ist und Bosshart kürzlich die Führung des Gebäudemanagements übernommen habe. Insgesamt beschäftigt die O&L-Tochterfirma eigenen Angaben zufolge 20 Personen, wovon nur sechs männlich sind. • Foto: Broll Namibia
