Windhoek (Nampa/cev) – Der Kautionsantrag des Pressesprechers der Windhoeker Stadtpolizei, Fabian Amukwelele, der wegen Vorwurfs der Vergewaltigung verhaftet worden war, wird am 8. Mai verhandelt. Eigentlich sollte am Mittwoch ein Urteil folgen, doch Staatsanwalt Rowan van Wyk hatte eine Vertagung beantragt, damit noch zwei Zeugenaussagen eingeholt werden können.

Der Stadtpolizist wurde am 8. April verhaftet, weil er angeblich eine Arbeitskollegin am 11. Januar in seiner Wohnung im Stadtteil Rocky Crest zum Geschlechtsverkehr gezwungen habe. Er behauptet, der Sex sei einvernehmlich gewesen.
