Windhoek (ste) • Aus einem Rundschreiben des namibischen Fleischrates geht hervor, dass die Behörde die norwegische Rindfleischquote von 1600 Tonnen Rindfleisch für 2020 den Fleischverarbeitungsbetrieben Meatco und Brukarros zugeteilt hat. Sie werden ab dem 1. Januar 2020 jeweils 1400 bzw. 200 Tonnen Fleisch unter Einhaltung strenger Durchführungsbestimmungen nach Norwegen ausführen dürfen. Bislang hat Meatco 95% der norwegischen Quote von 1600 Tonnen für 2019 ausgeschöpft und wird voraussichtlich die gesamte Nachfrage bis Jahresende befriedigt haben.
