Nach dem Geburtstag ist vor dem Geburtstag: Klaus Hess (sitzend, 3.v.r.), Präsident der Deutsch-namibischen Gesellschaft (DNG), hat gestern mit seinem neunköpfigen Vorstand die Allgemeine Zeitung in Windhoek besucht und nachträglich zum 100-jährigen Jubiläum gratuliert, das im Juli gefeiert wurde. Indes hat AZ-Chefredakteur Stefan Fischer (stehend) der Delegation gute Wünsche für die DNG mit auf den Weg gegeben, die nächstes Jahr ihren 40. Gründungstag begeht. Bei einer kleinen Präsentation erfuhr die Gruppe viele Details aus dem Alltag der AZ und der Mediengruppe NMH. - Die DNG mit Hauptsitz in Göttingen ist eine der langjährigsten, aktivsten und erfolgreichsten Akteure der Zivilgesellschaft beim länderübergreifenden Brückenschlag, indem sie deutsch-namibische Interessen sowie in Namibia auch Organisationen, soziale Projekte und Menschen fördert. • Foto: Wiebke Schmidt
