Otjiwarongo-Schüler bester Jugend-Rinderbeurteiler

Kevin Jakob (hinten Mitte) von der Otjiwarongo-Oberschule wurde zum fünften Sieger des Bank Windhoek Feedmaster Youth Rinderbeurteilungs-Wettbewerbs auf der diesjährigen Windhoeker Messe gekürt. Auch die jungen Frauen ließen nicht auf sich warten: Melanie van der Merwe (vorn links) vom Gobabis Gymnasium wurde unter den 21 Finalisten zur Zweitplatzierten ernannt, Gabriela Ritzdorf, vorn rechts, von der Deutschen Höheren Privatschule (DHPS) belegte den dritten Platz. Insgesamt nahmen 111 Schüler aus 18 Schulen teil. 88 Schüler absolvierten den Bewertungskurs über die Brahman-Gattung unter der Leitung des technischen Beraters von Feedmaster, Christo van Zyl (hinten rechts).
