Würth now also in Lafrenz

Service with a smile
With 77 000 employees around the globe, including 33 000 field sales representatives, Würth sells more than 125 000 products in markets on five continents.
Würth Namibia has been doing business in the country for more than two decades, opening their first shop here 14 years ago.
Since then, the business has expanded to three branches. Besides Walvis Bay, Windhoek boasts two: One at 5 Diesel Street in the Southern Industrial Area, and the newly opened branch at the Agra Hyper in the Lafrenz Area.
“Thanks to this strong presence, we are always in proximity to our customers – from a small craft workshop to an international enterprise,” says general manager Peet Horn.
What drives them?
“We love selling our products! Satisfying our customers is not enough. We want to inspire them by offering ideas that make their businesses prosper.”
Horn adds that the Würth Group’s decentralized structure allows them to react flexibly to the requirements of local markets and answer to individual needs. “In today's fast-moving world it is essential that clients can rely 100 % on suppliers. We strive to become our clients’ number 1 supplier through permanent product enhancements and specialization,” he says.
With divisions for automotive, metal, cargo, wood and construction, Würth provides the highest quality products: From assembly and fastening material, automotive parts, brazing, soldering and welding equipment, to electrical installation solutions, hand and power tools, hydraulic and drive components, as well as personal protective equipment, and spray paint and chemicals - all provided with industry-leading service.
And now they’re also available online. “The eShop offers the possibility of efficient ordering. The benefits are endless – customers can generate shopping baskets, create budgets, manage cost centres and define approval processes,” Horn says.
